Name and contact info of your assigned caregiver

🚗 Arrival Notifications

"Caregiver is on the way" and "Caregiver has arrived"

🔔 Appointment Reminders

24-hour and 2-hour advance reminders

📍 Real-Time Updates

Pickup, in-transit, drop-off, return home status

❌ Cancellation Confirmation

Confirmation if you cancel your booking

Urgent notifications about delays or changes

Optional Marketing Messages

We may occasionally send promotional messages about new services, special offers, or updates (maximum 2 per month). You can opt out of marketing while continuing to receive essential service messages.

Per Ride: Approximately 5-8 text messages

Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. MyPanion is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on major U.S. carriers including:

Supported: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.

Not all carriers are supported. If you experience issues receiving messages, please contact us at (954)-621-1089.

Your phone number and text communications are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

Note: SMS text messages are not encrypted and may not be secure. Do not send sensitive personal information via text.

If you change your mobile phone number, notify us immediately at (954)-621-1089 or info@mypanion.com to ensure you continue receiving important service notifications.

11. Liability

MyPanion is not liable for delays or failures in text message delivery, or for consequences resulting from such delays. Message delivery depends on carrier network availability and other factors outside our control.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our SMS services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
