Occasional Time-Based Adjustment

If a clinic visit runs significantly beyond the included time, a one-time Long-Wait Adjustment may apply: $15 (30–90 minutes) or $25 (90+ minutes). No hourly billing—we'll notify you first.

Pharmacy Stop (+$15)

  • What it is: one pharmacy pickup on the return route.
  • Time included: 20 minutes total (15 + 5 min grace).
  • Ideal: Rx is ready; quick OTC.
  • Not for: waiting on new fills or long lines.

Grocery Stop (+$30)

  • What it is: short essentials stop or curbside pickup on the return route.
  • Time included: 40 minutes total (30 + 10 min grace).
  • Ideal: grab-and-go/curbside; a few items.
  • Not for: full grocery runs; schedule a separate trip if needed.

Extra Stop (+$15)

  • What it is: one quick errand (e.g., pick up forms).
  • Time included: 15 minutes total (10 + 5 min grace).
  • Ideal: quick pickup/drop; minimal waiting.

Extended Distance 20–40 mi (+$40)

  • What it is: extended mileage coverage for longer trips.
  • Covers: 20–40 miles round-trip.
  • Ideal: appointments outside your immediate area.

Extended Distance 40–75 mi (+$75)

  • What it is: longer-distance coverage for extended trips.
  • Covers: 40–75 miles round-trip.
  • Ideal: specialists or facilities farther away.

Add-ons include their own time windows. If the overall visit runs long, one flat overtime adjustment may apply—never per-add-on billing.

Each plan includes up to 20 miles round-trip (10 miles each way). For longer routes, please select a Extended Distance option (20–40 miles + $40 / 40–75 miles + $75). Add-ons must stay within the selected mileage range.
